Overview

A permit is required for a new, replacement, or expansion of a driveway, driveway approach, or parking pad.  A permit is also required for any curb cut.

Homeowners wishing to pull their own permits, must physically reside at the address where the work will be done.

Application Requirements

Driveway Application One plat of survey with location of driveway (not required for approaches only). For driveway expansions, indicate location of existing driveway and area of expansion. Indicate setback from side lot line Include driveway dimensions (width and length) up to and including the area in front of any garage/accessory building door(s) and or parking pad.	OR
Payment – See application for current fees
