The Oak Creek Current is the official magazine of the City of Oak Creek. Published by the City of Oak Creek, the Oak Creek-Franklin Joint School District (OCFJSD) and the Milwaukee Area Technical College (MATC) Oak Creek Campus, the Current is mailed to every resident and business in the city 3 times a year. Franklin families attending OCFJSD schools also receive a mailed copy. The Current contains City and community news, feature articles, and upcoming events in the City of Oak Creek.
