The Oak Creek Farmers Market is located at Drexel Town Square, across from the Civic Center.

The Market is open Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

The 2024 Market Season will take place between May 11 to October 19.  The market will shift to a night market on July 20, when Dog Days at Drexel takes over the square!

A variety of local farmers and vendors bring fresh produce, herbs, flowers, seasonal plants, fresh meats and eggs, cheeses, and honey. Prepared food such as baked goods, pickles, and preserves, and more are also offered!

No, different vendors choose different production methods. Talk to the vendors to learn more about their products. 

FoodShare refers to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), and Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC).

The market's goal is to increase access to fresh fruits and vegetables for low income families and to provide an additional value-added revenue source for our vendors.  

Persons eligible for FoodShare benefits are able to purchase tokens with their benefits card. We are proud to have found a sponsor, IEBW Local Union 494, to offer a match program. We will match up to $20 each week.  Our market is also involved with the Milwaukee Match Program.  Our farmers accept these coupons as well as the OCFM coins.

Look for the Oak Creek Tent in the center of the market for the FoodShare program.

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcomed!  Please be aware that dogs should not be brought up to a vendor's table.

Drexel Town Square offers street parking and many surface lots behind the buildings.  The Civic Center parking lot is south of the market.

The City of Oak Creek Tourism Commission is responsible for overseeing the operations of the market. The grounds are maintained by the City's Department of Public Works. Our farmers market manager serves as the point person for the market and the market vendors.

Vendors determine what payment types they choose to accept, but the majority accept credit or debit cards. An ATM is available on-site for your convenience.

Talk to the vendors and other shoppers. If you see a vegetable you've never tried, don't be afraid to ask the vendor or the shopper next to you for tips on storing or preparing it. 

Come often - the selection at the market is different each week!

Come early - many popular farmers sell out of items each week.
