Overview

A single-family dwelling is a building or manufactured home designed for or occupied exclusively by one (1) family.  A two-family dwelling is a building containing two (2) separate dwelling (or living) units, designed for occupancy by not more than two (2) families, and having separate entrances and kitchen facilities.
