Overview

A single-family dwelling is a building or manufactured home designed for or occupied exclusively by one (1) family. A two-family dwelling is a building containing two (2) separate dwelling (or living) units, designed for occupancy by not more than two (2) families, and having separate entrances and kitchen facilities.

Three (3) copies of construction plans printed to scale
One (1) copy of Heat Loss Calculations
One (1) Wall bracing sheet (if not included in plans)
Two (2) Plats of survey with contours, elevations, and footprint of house and driveway
Erosion Control application
Residential Occupancy application
