Overview

New HVAC systems will require a State or Agent Plan Review in conjunction with the HVAC application.  If the building plans were state reviewed, the HVAC plans must also be state reviewed.

New ductwork only, or changes to existing ductwork, may require an Agent Plan Review.  The Building Inspector will make this determination.

Application Requirements

Agent Plan Review (Oak Creek will act as an agent of the State)

State of Wisconsin Approved HVAC plans (State approved plans)
