Overview
New HVAC systems will require a State or Agent Plan Review in conjunction with the HVAC application. If the building plans were state reviewed, the HVAC plans must also be state reviewed.
New ductwork only, or changes to existing ductwork, may require an Agent Plan Review. The Building Inspector will make this determination.
Application Requirements
Agent Plan Review (Oak Creek will act as an agent of the State)
- Non-residential HVAC permit application
- Agent Plan Review (if applicable)
- 3 sets of HVAC Plans
State of Wisconsin Approved HVAC plans (State approved plans)
- Non-residential HVAC permit application
- Copy of State Approval Letter
- 3 sets of HVAC plans, 2 of which have been stamped approved by the State
Replacement HVAC or Ductwork
- Non-residential HVAC permit application
- Payment of Application fees
