Overview

A permit is required for all foundation repairs, including but not limited to, wall bracing and drain tile installation.

Homeowners wishing to pull their own permits, must physically reside at the address where the work will be done.

Cautionary Statement to Owners obtaining Building Permits, for homeowners submitting their own permit application
Copy of Appendix C from Wisconsin Association of Foundation Repair Professionals (WAFRP) standards or engineering report (required for all submissions except drain tile)
