For action and voting on agenda items discussed at public hearings and during the meeting itself.

When: 7:00pm - 1st and 3rd Tuesday and other such times as scheduled.

Public Hearings

Opportunities for citizens to address the Common Council for or against the particular issue of the hearing.

When: 7:00pm - Usually conducted at the beginning of the Common Council Meetings.

Committee of the Whole or Strategic Issues

Scheduled at various times when the need arises and are generally devoted to one or two topics with presentations by City staff and in-depth discussion of the topic being presented.

When: Varies

NOTE: Only those items listed on the meeting agenda may be discussed. This is due to the Wisconsin Open Meetings Law. Contact the City Clerk’s Office or City Administrator’s Office at ten (10) days before you wish to have an item placed on the agenda.
