Since 1994, Oak Creek’s assessment services have been contracted through Tyler Technologies,  formerly Cole-Layer-Trumble Company (CLT). Tyler is an independent, nationwide company that provides assessing services and other related products and services to many communities in Wisconsin and across the country.
