The Oak Creek Celebrations Commission plans and carries out various events for the city in accordance with Oak Creek Municipal Code §2.71. The Celebrations Commission is composed of ten city residents who serve 3 year terms. 

The Celebrations Commission supervises the annual Forth of July Celebrations in the City of Oak Creek and any other celebration, which may be authorized and/or directed by the Common Council.

These events are sponsored by the Celebrations Commission in conjunction with other Oak Creek organizations and local business sponsors

Halloween Safe Site

  • Introduction: Trick-or-Treat from museum to museum at the Oak Creek Historical Society!

Kids can trick-or-treat from museum to museum while learning the history of our great city! This event runs parallel with the Citywide Trick-or-Treat, and is a great option if you want to skip going door-to-door in your own neighborhood.

The safe site is located at the Oak Creek Historical Society's grounds at the corner of 15th Avenue and Forest Hill Avenue.
