WHAT IS THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN  AND ZONING CODE UPDATE?

Over the past year, Oak Creek has been working with the community to create a new Comprehensive Plan - a blueprint for the City for the next two decades. The second phase of this project is to update the City’s zoning code to ensure that it aligns with the vision and goals of the Plan.

This is your chance to review and provide feedback on the Comprehensive Plan. We will be presenting the draft Plan to allow residents and other community stakeholders to drop in, review, and discuss the Plan. Stop by to speak with members of the consultant team and City staff who will be available to answer any questions and get feedback before we start the official public hearing.
