WHAT IS THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND ZONING CODE UPDATE?
Over the past year, Oak Creek has been working with the community to create a new Comprehensive Plan - a blueprint for the City for the next two decades. The second phase of this project is to update the City’s zoning code to ensure that it aligns with the vision and goals of the Plan.
ZONING WORKSHOP
Do you have ideas on how Oak Creek’s zoning code can be more user-friendly? Are there types of development that you think should be better buffered with landscaping? Have you experienced challenges with getting permits? Come to the workshop and let us know! Your input and ideas are important and the City needs to hear what you have to say.
