If you have an oakcreekwi.org email address enter your computer username with oakcreek.wi.org\ in front of it for the member name. Please also note the additional period between “creek” and “wi”. The password field is the same password that you use to log onto City computers.

For example:

Jane Doe would enter “oakcreek.wi.org\jdoe” as her member name without the quotes and her computer password to log in.

If you do not have an oakcreekwi.org email address enter “oakcreek.wi.org\” followed your first initial and last name for the member name. The password is then a combination of your date of birth and employee number

For example:

Employee Name: Jane Doe

Date of Birth: 02/02/82

Username: oakcreek.wi.org\jdoe
