Lisa Marshall was born and raised in the suburbs of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned her degree at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1990. Married to her husband Jack since 1993 they have lived in five different states, arriving in Oak Creek in 2006 and happy to call this home ever since. They have raised four children, Sean, Sara, Enzo, and Erin who have all graduated from Oak Creek High School.

Professionally, Lisa is the National Coalition of Certification Center (NC3) Festo Program Manager. She works with schools at the secondary, post-secondary, university, and workforce development levels to train instructors to certify students in Industrial Maintenance, Advanced Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0.  She is hopeful that this experience will help to foster good relationships with businesses in Oak Creek to grow our community.

Lisa is also the Oak Creek High School STEM Club and Round Table Robotics Advisor, sits on the Board of Directors at the Oak Creek Community Center and is an active member of St Matthew’s Parish on Chicago Road. She also has served on the Celebrations Committee from August 2018 to March 2021 and was the Chairperson of the 2021 Oak Creek 4th of July Parade. 

Being elected in District 4 to represent Oak Creek is an honor. She is looking forward to the growth and development of the Lakefront asset and the impact that it will have on our whole community.
